From the North (Palm Beach county):

Take I-95 South to I-595 West. Follow I-595 West to Exit 1, 136th Avenue. At bottom of exit ramp, turn RIGHT (north) on 136th Avenue. Proceed past first traffic light. Just before second light turn LEFT (west) into Sawgrass Corporate Park.  A short distance in, turn RIGHT into parking lot for Building A. QO office is on second floor. Door is marked. 

From the South (Miami-Dade county):
